Brandy Dawn Reese

Brandy Dawn Reese, 46, of Copan, died Wednesday, March 10, 2021, in Bartlesville. She was a loving wife, devoted mother and caring woman who will be truly missed by her family and friends. Brandy was born Jan. 11, 1975, in Cleveland, OK, to Ronnie D. and Kathy (Eutsler) Cole. Her father was in the Navy, so she spent her childhood years living in various cities across the United States. She graduated as the valedictorian of her high school in 1994 at Benicia, CA. After high school, Brandy lived in South Carolina for a while before relocating to Pawhuska, OK, and then to Bartlesville. She attended NSU Tonkawa, earning her associate’s degree. Brandy met the love of her life Alex one day at work, they both realized life was better together and married on Dec. 19, 2000. The duo made their home first in Bartlesville and then in Dewey. In 2012, Brandy and Alex moved to rural Copan to get away from town. Brandy worked for the past several years at Phillips 66 in Damage Prevention. Brandy had a lifelong passion for reading and enjoyed romance novels. She was an avid OU football and San Francisco 49er football fan. One of her favorite pastimes was shopping with her children. Once Destiny decided to attend college in Florida, Brandy loved going down to visit her, oftentimes with the family, and taking special trips to the beach. Brandy and Alex enjoyed time together spent fishing and attending all of their children’s ball games, creating fond memories they will always cherish. Brandy was beautiful, kind and loving. Her children are happy to have been blessed with Brandy’s lovely hair. She had beautiful nails and it was her trademark to always be done up. Brandy was loved and adored by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband Alex Reese of the home; two daughters, Destiny Reese and her fiancé Ian McKenzie, and Caitlyn Reese; a son Hunter Reese; a sister Amber Ledbetter and her husband Robert; and an aunt Susan and uncle Rick Reese. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, March 15 at Davis Family Funeral Home – Dewey Chapel, 918-534-3030, 113 S. Osage (Hwy. 75), Dewey.
